The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and is intended to provide information about the exterior cleaning and maintenance services offered by Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning.

Our company provides exterior property cleaning and maintenance services, including solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar pest/bird abatement services, pressure washing, window washing, roof cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services.

Service Information

Service descriptions, photographs, examples, pricing, availability, service areas, and other information presented on this website are provided for general informational purposes and may be changed or updated at any time.

The specific services performed at a property will depend on the property's condition, accessibility, materials, equipment, and the scope of services agreed upon with the customer.

A website description, estimate request, or other communication does not constitute a contract or guarantee that a particular service will be performed.

Estimates and Pricing

Prices and estimates displayed or discussed before an on-site evaluation are not necessarily the final price of services.

Final pricing may depend on factors including the size and condition of the property, accessibility, level of buildup or contamination, height, equipment requirements, and other site-specific conditions.

The final scope of work and price will be established through the applicable estimate, proposal, work authorization, or service agreement.

Existing Property Conditions

Exterior cleaning can reveal or affect pre-existing conditions that may not be visible before work begins.

These conditions may include, but are not limited to:

Cracked, loose, broken, or deteriorated roofing materials

Damaged or weakened gutters and downspouts

Failed caulking or seals

Existing window or glass damage

Oxidation or deterioration of painted or coated surfaces

Loose siding, trim, or exterior components

Existing leaks or water intrusion

Improperly installed or deteriorated solar equipment or accessories

Pre-existing stains, discoloration, or surface damage

We take reasonable care while performing our services; however, Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions, defects, deterioration, improper installation, or damage that existed before our services were performed.

Solar Panel Cleaning

Solar panel cleaning is intended to remove dirt, dust, pollen, bird droppings, and other surface contaminants.

Cleaning may improve the appearance of solar panels and may improve their ability to receive sunlight; however, Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning does not guarantee any specific increase in energy production, electrical output, or utility savings.

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, electrical problems, manufacturer defects, improper installation, deteriorated components, or system performance issues unrelated to the cleaning service.

Roof and Gutter Cleaning

Roof and gutter cleaning may require access to elevated areas and surfaces that can be fragile or deteriorated.

We use reasonable care and appropriate cleaning methods based on the property and visible conditions. However, we cannot guarantee that existing deterioration, weakened materials, loose components, or hidden defects will not become apparent during or following service.

Roof and gutter cleaning services are cleaning and maintenance services and are not intended to constitute structural, engineering, roofing, or repair services.

Pressure Washing and Surface Cleaning

Different exterior surfaces react differently to cleaning methods, pressure, temperature, water, detergents, and other cleaning solutions.

We will use reasonable care and appropriate methods based on the surface and observable conditions. However, Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, discoloration, oxidation, algae, moss, mold, mildew, mineral deposit, or other surface imperfection.

Certain stains or conditions may be permanent or may require specialized treatment outside the scope of the requested service.

Window Washing

Window washing is intended to clean accessible glass and related areas within the agreed scope of service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing cracks, chips, scratches, failed seals, damaged screens, deteriorated frames, or other pre-existing conditions.

Windows and glass may have existing defects that become more noticeable after cleaning.

Solar Pest/Bird Abatement

Where offered, solar pest or bird abatement services are intended to help reduce access by birds, rodents, and other pests around solar equipment.

Because wildlife behavior and property conditions vary, Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning does not guarantee that pests will never return or that all pest activity will be eliminated.

Any abatement materials or products used will be subject to the specific scope of work agreed upon with the customer.

Results May Vary

Cleaning and maintenance results vary depending on the age, condition, material, previous maintenance, environmental exposure, and other characteristics of the property.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide quality results, we do not guarantee that every imperfection or contaminant can be completely removed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for notifying Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning of known property conditions that may affect the safety or performance of the requested service.

Customers should disclose known leaks, fragile surfaces, previous damage, recent repairs, special manufacturer requirements, electrical concerns, or other conditions that may be relevant to the work.

Customers are also responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas scheduled for service.

Our services are limited to the cleaning, maintenance, and other services described in the applicable estimate or service agreement. We do not represent that we provide services requiring a California contractor license when such licensing is required by law.
