Opal Solar and Gutter Cleaning is not reliable for any previous damages to home. We do our best to inform homeowners of any prior damages we notice while on the job. We take photo evidence of all concerning possible issues, and send too homeowners via message. 

We are licensed and insured, although we are not contractors, we provide homeowners with cleaning services. 

Homeowners agree to these terms and conditions once estimate is finalized and scheduled date is confirmed.
